From the Coast is a short, meditative work about the healing qualities of the coast. The music is at times soft and calm, while also having moments of movement, and energy, meant to depict the powerful imagery of an infinite coast, with a clear sky, soft waves crashing and a sun setting… providing an excellent setting for meditation.
